ถ้าจะให้แก้ก็คงเป็น

น่าจะเปลี่ยนเป็น
" I'm very sorry about replying(เขียนไงหว่า) your note so late
เปลี่ยน clear เป็น understand
"Just only sometime that I'm on examation time or something eles."
อันนี้หมายถึงว่าบางเวลาที่จะยุ่งใช่ไหมครับ
เปลี่ยนjust only เป็น butดีกว่าครับ (แล้วก็ตัดthatออกคับ)

I had just finished my examation.

At first, I have someting to tell you . I'm not good in English especially in ,grammar. If there's something wrong or you don't clear in any part of this note, please ask me. I am willing to answer. (ยินดีที่จะตอบ)

I'm very glad that you sent note to me. If you wouldn't mind, can I have more information? Anyway, I'm not a busy one, but sometime I will be on examation or something else.
